The Toronto Raptors still have a free seat in the squad after they have not yet struck the buyout market. Finally, rumors have been circulating that Vince Carter could be a candidate for the last commercial. This should not be the case.

According to TSN’s Josh Lewenberg, the Raptors are not planning an offer for Carter if the Sacramento Kings and 41-year-old would agree on a buyout.
