NFL: Seahawks: Trades?”We’re open to everything.”

The Seattle Seahawks are more open than any other team to trade rumours and to their own players. At the moment there are especially reports about a possible departure of Michael Bennett, also a trade by Richard Sherman is discussed again and again. Seahawk’s boss John Schneider now once again gave himself openly.

“We have constant, ongoing talks,”quotes the Seattle Times Schneider, who asked media representatives questions on the fringes of the Scouting Combine,”Our current challenge is to maintain our own high level of success. And we’re open to everything.”

Schneider’s testimony came in response to the demand for Michael Bennett – there had already been rumours during the previous week that the Defensive End was a hot trade candidate in Seattle.

A farewell to Cornerback Richard Sherman has also been an issue in the past, but a trade is unlikely in this off-season due to the combination of Sherman’s injury and his high cap hit.

In response to a further question as to whether there are players who are untouchable, Schneider added another joke:”Not at this time of the year, if you understand what I mean. I told you in 2010, when we started here, that we’re open on every deal.”

After all, it is also clear that there are a number of challenges waiting for the 2018 team:”Absolutely. We are very disappointed with the way in which the past season ended. We won nine games and lost seven, and you might have thought we’d won two games.”
