NFL: Giants shock!

Bitter afternoon for the New York Giants: The G-Men lost to the Los Angeles Chargers not only their fifth game of the season – to top it all, Odell Beckham injured himself late in the game at the ankle.

At a catch Beckham was extremely unhappy, a Chargers defender fell with full weight on the leg of the Giant receiver and Beckham visibly twisted his ankle – it’s the same ankle that OBJ had already injured during the pre-season.He was driven off the field in tears.

The feared bad news came shortly after the end of the match, according to initial reports Beckham had to undergo surgery, which would inevitably entail a longer break.

Additionally bitter for the Giants: Wide receiver colleagues Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard also injured themselves against the Chargers during the bankruptcy.
