Boxing: Golovkin v. Martirosyan: date, transmission, stream

On the night from Saturday to Sunday the boxing match between Gennady Golovkin and Vanes Martirosyan takes place. Here you can find all information about the broadcasting rights in Germany.

The fight between midweight champion Gennady Golovkin and Armenian Vanes Martirosyan takes place at the Stub Hub Center in Carson, California. It rises in the night from Saturday (05.05.) to Sunday (06.05.) at 23 o’clock local time, thus at 5.30 o’clock German time.

The fight will not be shown live in Germany. But the German boxing fans don’t have to do without it: DAZN has secured the exclusive rights and shows the fight on Sunday at 12 noon German time in full length in Re-Live with English commentary.

DAZN is a streaming service that is free for the first month. After that the membership costs 9,99 Euro per month. In addition to selected boxing highlights, DAZN will show the top European football leagues Premier League, Primera Division, Serie A and Ligue 1.

DAZN also shows the fight between David Haye and Tony Bellew this weekend. In March 2017 Haye lost against Bellew, now he gets his chance for revenge. Originally the fight was scheduled for the end of 2017, but after an injury to Hayes the fight was postponed.
