NBA: Curry after bankruptcy in game 2: “It was a frustrating evening”

Stephen Curry didn’t find a real rhythm in game 2 at the Houston Rockets. But the Guard was worried about his performance after the game. Also Warrios coach Steve Kerr did not want to exaggerate the topic further.

“I still feel good,” Curry said after his 16-point performance (7/19 FG, 1/8 trio) against the Rockets in game 2. I had good throws that could have changed the momentum. It was just a frustrating evening.”

The Warriors stayed without a single threesome in the first quarter and scored only 30 percent (9/30 threesomes) from a distance over the entire 48 minutes. In the end, the Warriors lost 105:127.

“They spanked our ass,” Dubs coach Steve Kerr summed it up logically. “There’s no other way to say it. “They’ve been acting much harder and with more self-confidence than in game one.”

But when asked about curry, Kerr was relaxed. The previous injury (inner ligament sprain) would no longer affect the double MVP. “It wasn’t the best night for him, but he feels good. “He was better in game one. A lot of people missed that.”

The series will now continue in Oakland at 1-1. Game 3 is on Monday night at 2am (at LIVESTREAM on SPOX).
