NBA: Markelle Fultz is missing 76ers indefinitely

The Philadelphia 76ers have to give up Point Guard Markelle Fultz for longer than originally assumed. The No. 1 pick of the past drafts has been complaining for a long time about pain in the right shoulder, which will put him out of action indefinitely for the time being.
