MLB: After winning the World Series: Correa proposes girlfriend

Shortstop Carlos Correa from Houston Astros had more reason to celebrate than winning the World Series. Immediately after the match, he proposed to his girlfriend live on TV.

Correa was on the field in Dodger Stadium after Game 7 of the World Series after the trophy presentation and gave an interview to reporter Ken Rosenthal of FOX.

The last question was whether the success felt as he had imagined it to be. Correa’s answer:”It is exactly the same and much more. It’s one of the biggest steps of my life. It’s one of the greatest achievements of my life,”the Puerto Ricans said to continue:”And now I’m going to take another big step in my life…”

Afterwards he turned to his girlfriend, who was waiting behind a fence, and proposed to her in front of the camera. And she also said yes!
