NHL: Seidenberg disregards Grubauer, Kühnhackl and Holzer

Dennis Seidenberg won the German duel in the NHL against goalkeeper Philipp Grubauer. Defender Seidenberg won with the New York Islanders against Grubauer’s Washington Capitals 3:1, but he remained without a score point.

Grubauer came on the ice at the beginning of the second period with a score of 0:3 for regular keep Braden Holtby and fought off all 17 shots on his goal.

Meanwhile, Stanley Cup winner Tom Kühnhackl was not in the squad at the 1:2 of his Pittsburgh Penguins in his own arena against the Colorado Avalanche. Korbinian Holzer was also not used against Carolina Hurricanes in the Anaheim Ducks 3:2.
