NBA: Heat-Guard Dion Waiters Considers Operation in Offseason

Dion Waiters has been struggling with problems on her left ankle for some time now. Therefore, the Guard of the Miami Heat is considering an operation in the coming off-season.

On Tuesday Waiters had admitted that the injury to his left ankle would probably not heal as long as he refrained from surgery. Waiters missed the last two games.

His left ankle forced him to watch last season. The last 13 games of the 2016/17 season had to be abandoned. It is unclear when he will return. However, he does not expect a particularly long break.
