NBA: Giannis would choose LeBron in his All-Star Team

Giannis Antetokounmpo currently leads the All-Star Votings. This would make him the captain of the Eastern Conference in the new format – and he would be able to choose a team from among the selected all-stars. His first choice would be LeBron James.
