NBA: After foul against Wiggins: Thomas must pay 20,000 dollars fine

In the game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Isaiah Thomas was sent by Cleveland to take a shower at an early stage. The Guard hit Andrew Wiggings with his arm on his neck, which was judged by the referees as Flagrant-2.

Now it became known that Thomas has to pay a fine of 20,000 dollars. This is confirmed by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations at NBA, on Wednesday.

Thomas had previously apologized for his foul:”I have already gotten many steals. Unfortunately, I caught Andrew right at the throat. I apologized to him right away. I didn’t mean to.”

Thomas has also collected three technical fouls in his three games so far. For technical fouls the Stars have to pay a fine of 2000 dollars.
