NBA: Houston Rockets anxious about injured James Harden

The Houston Rockets are worried about their MVP candidate James Harden. He had abandoned the game against the Lakers in the fourth quarter and did not return to the scene.

But his team did not let him down and clinched a spectacular victory after twice extra time. At the time of his injury, Harden had already collected 40 points and 11 assists shortly before the end.

The incident occurred during a drive of the beard, at the end of which he gave away a basket. Afterwards, he grabbed his thigh and limped – under his own power – into the cabin.

According to ESPN, he has pulled his left thigh “Hopefully it’s not so bad, just a pull. I’ve already been treated, then you’ll see more. It should get better every day. We won’t be back against Orlando until Wednesday, so I have some time.”

Rockets coach Mike D’ Antoni stressed that it was too early to schedule a return. He also refused to comment on the severity of the injury.
