Golf: Kaymer again full member of the US Tour

After a two-year break, golf pro Martin Kaymer is back on two tracks and will be a full member of the US tour from the new season onwards.

This was announced by the 32-year-old on Thursday. The two-time Major Winner will also move his training location from Arizona to Florida. There he wants to prepare himself for the 2018 tournaments starting in December. Kaymer remains a member of the European tour.

The former world number one Kaymer, currently in 70th place, will be the new season at the Abu Dhabi Championship from 18. till 21. January. The tournament, which this time was endowed with three million dollars, was won in 2008,2010 and 2011.

“The step from Arizona to Florida is very important for me to be well prepared, especially at the tournaments at the beginning of the year,” Kaymer said,”I will be playing more in the USA before the Masters in April.
